Solid construction with 1.2 mm top-cover profile and 1.0 cm side uprights; 6 mm MDF on base and cover surfaces and 2 × 750 N gas pistons.
Headboard construction
The headboard uses model-specific 22–25 DNS foam and engineered-board support to provide fullness, softness and durable support.

Protective packaging
During shipping, cardboard and L-corner protectors provide support; stretch and grip wrapping helps protect against dust and impacts.
Fabric
Model-specific upholstery fabric is selected for a soft touch, durable daily use and a refined appearance.
